FABRICATION...
Our fabrication department is equipped with
the latest machinery and highly trained personal
to fabricate all your body and equipment
needs. We can Also design and build custom bodies
to your specifications.
BODY REPAIRS... We
offer a complete collision center including
extensive fiberglass re-fabrication and repair
* cab-chassis repair or rebuilding * box
repair or rebuilding NWC has been in this
business since 1959. NWC will resolve your
collision problems correctly the first time. We
can also help with any insurance questions
regarding your repair.
FRAME... Our frame
shop is equipped with the latest laser measuring
system, combined with years of experience and the
finest straightening equipment available we are
capable of repairing the heaviest wrecks.
In addition to frame repair we also modify frames
to meet your needs. With the ability to
manufacture frame rails in house we offer
competitive pricing and limited down time.
ALIGNMENT... We align
single and dual steer axles, we also align all
rear axle configurations straight truck, tractor
and trailer. We have invested in Beeline Aligning
Equipment which allows us to correct the problems
that stump the other guys. We have trained
journeymen in this job not short term apprentice!
MECHANICAL... Our
general repair department offers repairs from
minor adjustments to major repair from brakes and
drive lines to tail light bulbs. We also offer
air condition and refrigeration service.
SANDBLASTING... This
department makes it possible to strip paint,
grease, rust, concrete and most items found on
equipment. We can then start our
repairs or refinishing from a clean strong base,
with this system you are assured a lasting
quality repair that is also esthetically correct.
REFINISHING... Our
refinish department is equipped with the best of
everything we have a sixty-five foot spray booth,
drying ovens, airless, electrostatic, and HVLP
spray equipment, also a group of Du Pont
trained personal second to none. With all this
its no wonder we competitively paint some of the
worlds largest fleets.
PAINT MIXING... We
are equipped with the latest in Du Pont paint
mixing and calibrating equipment. We handle a
full line of quality Du Pont products Imron 5000
* Centari 5000 * & Dulux Enamel. In addition
we have installed Du Pont ColorNet computer paint
matching system. these products assure you the
finest in color matching, longevity and mirror
finishes.
PARTS... Our parts
department has a large inventory of repair and
replacement parts in stock. NWC also
distributes for most quality products offered to
the transportation industry today.
